I thought they were outlined and painted. It is an image sealed on the tile. Truly not worth $28.45 each.

I bought four of these 6x6 tiles to hang on my wall. They look great! I am so happy with them. They came securely packaged and arrived sooner than expected. I would definitely buy again from this seller.
